Ownership and operation

By accessing our website you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time and will be posted on our website. Registration

You must provide register your contact details to proceed with a purchase from our website. You agree that the information given is true, accurate and current. If incorrect information is given any contract with KS Teamwear will be void. You must be over 18 to register with our website otherwise you must have parental consent. Please see our privacy policy below for more information on how we use your personal data.

Ordering goods

We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 14-21 working days subject to items being in stock with our manufacturers (estimated at 14-21 working days). Once your order has been placed we will send you an email confirmation which will let you know that your order is being processed.

Upon placing your order if your item is not in stock and we believe this will impact the time it will take to deliver your item we will contact you via email or telephone to discuss the availability further. Please note that in order to offer a large variety of top brands such as Adidas, Puma, Stanno and Joma teamwear items are not kept as stock and will be ordered from the relevant manufacturer. This is normal practise in the Teamwear and workwear industry and items will be despatched as soon as they arrive into us.

Every effort will be made to ensure that prices, colours and products are correct at the time of sale. KS Teamwear have the right to cancel a sale if products are advertised incorrectly and a refund will be issued. All efforts are made to ensure our product images are as accurate as possible. Please contact us if you require more information on any of our products.

Cancellation of orders

Cancellations made after an order has been placed that is above £100 will be subject to a 15%-25% re-stocking charge plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered (work in progress on your order already completed). Set up charges will not be refunded under any circumstance. In order to cancel an order please contact us via email or phone info@ksteamwear.co.uk or 01932 267 477. Please let us know you wish to cancel your order as soon as possible. If goods have already been despatched items will need to be returned rather than the order cancelled.

We also take orders and provide quotations via email and phone so if you do not wish to place an order via our website please email us or give us a call on; info@ksteamwear.co.uk or 01932 267 477.

Returns

We accept returns on product provided it is in its original condition unused and with all original packaging including tags intact. If an item has any kind of printing, embroidery or personalisation items cannot be exchanged or refunded. We will offer a refund on NON-PERSONALISED unsuitable goods for up to 14 days after your order has been received. For hygiene reasons leotards and swimwear will not be exchanged/refunded in any circumstances. We will refund your purchase via your original method of payment exempt of the original delivery charge. If you need to return your purchase to us for any reason please contact us on the below details to confirm. Return of items will be at your own risk and cost. We recommend you use a tracking service to return your purchase as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post.

Orders over £100 that are being returned will be subject to an up to 25% re-stocking charge. This means you will receive your refund for the price you paid for the items less up to 25% via your original method of payment. We will confirm this amount with you before processing the refund.

School Uniform Returns Policy

We accept returns on all school uniform product provided it is in its original condition unused and with all original packaging including tags intact. If an item has any kind of additional printing, embroidery or personalisation in addition to the School Crest items cannot be exchanged or refunded (for example individual names or initials added to the item. Personalised Name Labels are non-refundable and non-exchangeable). We will offer a refund on NON-PERSONALISED unsuitable goods for up to 14 days after your order has been received. We will refund your purchase via your original method of payment exempt of the original delivery charge. If you need to return your purchase to us for any reason please contact us on the below details to confirm. Return of items will be at your own risk and cost with the preferred method being to come into our store at Shepperton to obtain your refund/exchange. We recommend you use a tracking service to return your purchase if posting is required as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post. Size Exchanges will be offered on all school uniform product for up to 30 days after your order has been received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange should we deem it obvious that an item has not just been “tried on” but worn/used/washed. Please note that we would suggest a minimum of 2/3 garments per product to be rotated in order to fulfil the academic year.

Faulty items

On the rare occasion you have a fault with any of your items please contact us via email or telephone to discuss the matter in more detail. We will make every attempt to repair or replace your item if a genuine fault is present.

Please note the above school uniform return policy is only applicable to School Uniform product listed in the School and Universities categories of our website.

Delivery

There are 3 current delivery options;

  1. Collect from store – This means we will contact you when your order is ready for collection and you can collect your order from our office in Shepperton OR our office in Ascot.
  2. Deliver to club shop ONLY FOR AGREED CLUBS – This means that we will deliver your goods to the chosen representative at your club and they will take responsibility for ensuring your order is secure and available for you to collect. You will receive an “order complete” email to let you know your order has been delivered to your club. This option may take considerably longer than our quoted delivery times as this relies on your club representative being available to receive your goods and then making them available for you to collect. Please contact your club representative for more details.
  3. Courier delivery which is chargeable (see charges below) Your item will be sent to your nominated delivery address via Royal Mail or an external delivery company. This service may either be a next day or 2 day signed for delivery depending on time scales.

Current delivery charges Storage of your order

UK Mainland Royal Mail Tracked delivery £8.95 (inc VAT) up to 20kg. Primary School Uniform standard delivery £5.95 .  Orders over £250 are eligible for free delivery up to 20kg across the whole site.

Any orders that exceed 20kg may be subject to a higher delivery charge. We will contact you before we place the order for your goods to discuss any potential additional charge. You have the right to a full refund if you are not satisfied with the delivery charges offered at this point. As mentioned above once items are personalised no refunds will be issued.

Storage of your order

We will store your completed order for up to 12 months from the date that the order was placed. After this date your order will be disposed of and we will not accept any further liability for your order.
